Anti-Bax-Beta Polyclonal Antibody
|
Bax is a 24 kDa protein that shares the BH1, BH2, BH3 domain of
Bax, but has a unique carboxyl terminus that lacks the hydrophobic
transmembrane domain. The distribution of Bax mRNA differs from
that of Bax RNA, and is particularly abundant in the brain.
