Sales and Marketing Coordinator
This position will report to the Sales Manager and is responsible for communication with international, domestic and OEM customers; prepares marketing literature that includes brochures, press releases, selling sheets, etc. in coordination with our outside marketing consultant; manages and keeps up to date the content on our website with our web designer and organizes tradeshows and trip planning with sales representatives.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in communications/marketing. Experience in marketing coordination with excellent presentation, writing and organizational skills. Sales Representative
This position will report to the Sales Manager and is responsible for presenting technical product features and benefits to the customer, building demand via sales strategies/promotions, meeting forecasted sales goals, identify market potential for new product released, and will work directly with a team on sales/marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in the life sciences, preferred experience in biotech sales, good presentation and communications skills to address both business and scientific related needs, results oriented, must demonstrate time/territory management and prioritize and target key customers. Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include answering phones and routing calls to appropriate departments, accurately entering customer orders, processing credit cards, filing, ordering office supplies, faxing and assisting the sales/marketing dept. with mail outs and DB entry.
Requirements
Computer skills required include PC and Microsoft Office proficiency. Candidate needs to be detailed oriented and must have excellent communication skills, as this position deals with customers on a daily basis.
