Anti-Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
The abundance of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (G3PDH) in eukaryotic cells is relatively unaffected by external factors. In Western blot analysis the level of G3PDH, a ~38 kDa protein, can be used as a reference value for comparisons between different cell lysates or gel loadings.
PHYSICAL STATE:
Purified IgG is provided in phosphate buffered saline without preservative.
IMMUNOGEN:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of the human G3PDH sequence.
IGCLASS:
G3PDH-specific rabbit IgG.
SPECIFICITY:
The antibody detects human and mouse G3PDH (other species not tested).
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
This antibody can be stored at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing by aliquoting into smaller portions.
APPLICATIONS:
For Western blotting and immunoprecipitation, an antibody dilution of between 1:1000 and 1:5000 is recommended. Empirical testing may be required. |
