Simply place a single sheet onto the top of your gel, apply gentle, even pressure, and then wait 2 minutes. Staining can now be completed after only a few seconds. Inquire about our protocol. Large volumes of ethidium bromide staining solution are no longer needed thereby reducing chemical waste. Once used, the overlay membrane can be disposed of in solid waste suitable for chemical disposal. For smaller gels, the InstaSTAINTM sheet can be cut to the appropriate size. Features: Equivalent to liquid ethidium bromide staining. Sample volume can be 10 µl or higher. Gel Thickness can range up to 6 mm. Gel concentration ranges up to 1.5% agarose, and up to 2% TreviGel 500 or 5000.   Storage: Store in the dark at room temperature.
